CELEBRATION of ROCKY MOUNTAIN Masterworks of Landscape A benefit for the Rocky Mountain Nature Association. Opens Friday, August 27, 2010-Closes September 30 Opening Reception August 27th 6 to 9PM Artist list to be announced. This premier show will present the landscapes of Rocky Mountain National Park and the surrounding areas of Roosevelt National Forest, Comanche Peaks Wilderness and other spectacular vistas. Each artist has been invited to create one large landscape painting for the show. All the paintings will have been painted in 2010 and will represent the culmination of years of work and study. Each painting will encompass all the experience the artist possesses and their own technique in achieving a masterpiece. The artist will visit, compose, conduct studies, drawings and plein air work to gather the information they need to create their painting for this show. |

"First Fridays" at Reily Fine Art
Announcing "First Fridays" in Estes Park at Reily Fine Art starting April 2nd. Every first Friday of the month from 7 till 9PM the gallery will hold an informal get together for artists across all genres, collectors and aficionados. All are welcome for fellowship, mentoring and conversation. You are welcome to bring snacks or refreshment to share. Pass it along and hope to see you at these fun evening events. |
